Gender pay gap continues to close

ExxonMobil has published its 2022 UK gender pay gap figures1 on behalf of its two UK affiliates. The report shows a combined median gender pay gap of 1.85 percent for ExxonMobil companies in the UK, which compares favourably with the 2022 UK national average of 9.71 percent2.
