Leatherhead celebrates 3,000 days without a lost time injury

In July we marked a significant safety milestone at Ermyn House in Leatherhead, when our UK HQ recorded its 3,000th consecutive day without a lost time injury on site.

The milestone, which amounts to more than eight years, was achieved in spite of a whole series of changes at the building during this time, including a series of departmental reorganisations, which have seen the numbers in the building change considerably over this time, its sale and leaseback at the end of 2019 and the arrival of a tenant company a couple of years before that.

Ellen De Man, chair of the Leatherhead SSHE committee, “This is a great achievement for everyone at the Leatherhead site and I would like to thank my colleagues on the SSHE committee both now and in the past, for all they have done to help keep safety at front of mind for everyone at Ermyn House.”

To celebrate the occasion, which coincided with one of the hottest days of the year, all staff at Ermyn House were invited to gather for an ice cream social (and to join the gym)!
